• From Clients (businesses that use our Services): Business name and address; your name, title, email, and phone; billing information; and order history. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store card numbers.
• About individuals being screened: Name, date of birth, address history, driver's license, Social Security number, and consent records. We collect this only to fulfill the order, and the report is produced by GLC Investigations.
• From marketing: Mailing addresses from public and commercial business lists. If you scan the QR code on a postcard, we may record that visit.

• Provide, manage, and bill for the Services.
• Place orders with our CRA Partner.
• Verify that you have a legitimate business purpose.
• Operate and improve the Site.
• Send marketing, which you can opt out of at any time.
• Meet our legal obligations.

Screening data is used only to fulfill the order and is never used for marketing.

We share information with:

• GLC Investigations (our “CRA Partner”), which prepares screening reports.
• Service providers for payment, hosting, email, and analytics, who act on our behalf.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A successor business, in a merger or sale.

Screening data is shared only with the ordering Client, the CRA Partner, and providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We use cookies to make the Site work and to understand traffic. We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. You can limit tracking through your browser's cookie controls and your Meta ad settings.

We keep business records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep screening data only as long as needed; our standard retention period is 5 years, after which the data is deleted or destroyed.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your information. Contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.
